Comic-Con: isn't it time for environmentalists prick up the ears?

Comic-con - sacred time for fans, followers and craziests, the special Hollywood Halloween when during on four days per year all the cool, sexy and famous stars from TV show, serials, movies and other media productions become available for hundreds stupid questions, thousands love confessions, millions shoots and billions hugs! It is a real the main geek event in the world!

And despite the fact that the one hand it is maybe look like a cruelty to ~~animals~~ ...oh, sorry - celebrities - who after that look something like that:

But the other hand... who cares when it is time when you have the gold chance to see Ian Somerhalder?

Or even... oh, my god! - Winchester brothers??!???!!!!!!

My Moscow`s weekend

Today I was in TSUM (Moscow`s Central Department Store). Ok, most of all it was like a museum of contemporary art - MOCA or MOMA)) I`m serious! There were fantastic awesome dresses and accessories, jewelry, handbags, shoes and other beauty! And if the purity, the cost was commensurate with all works of art. For example, nice pretty cocktail dress with a skirt decorated with feathers was about $8000 (262 000 rub). But I must admit - shoes Yves Saint Laurent - the best masterpiece of contemporary art, some pairs was represented correctly in the showcase by analogy with jewelry. Dolce and Gabbana`s handbags ... awesome! The new collection of dresses by DKNY and Prada makes you feel at the exhibition of abstract art. Wow!

Vampires in vogue

From legends of the village to the grand salons vampires was led thanks to Bram Stoker`s "Dracula," who created the image of romantic bloody love which survivor the centuries. In the footsteps of the great novel gone Anne Rice, moving vampires on the shelf "Bestsellers" and Hollywood screens. Her "Interview with the Vampire" and the series of books "The Vampire Chronicles" conquered the world, forcing the heart of female half to beat faster.

Postmodernism did the unthinkable - the vampire come full cycle: from the painfully handsome pale, blood-drinking straight from the chiseled neck charming victims straight to excess tolerant "vegetarian" from the top "Twilight" and back to "Dracula" by divine Jonathan Rhys Meyers! Keep me seven!
In the end we have vampires black, vampire-vegetarians, gay vampires etc. Like any rights infringed, isn`t it? Perhaps, however, need to make vampires poorer and more politically correct, but vampires liberals, it is even too much for Hollywood!

Из деревенских легенд в великосветский салон вампиров вывел Брэм Стокер, создав в "Дракуле" образ романтично-кровавой любви, пережившей века. По стопам великого романа пошла Энн Райс, теперь уже выведя вампиров на полки "Хиты продаж" и голливудские экраны. Ее "Интервью с вампиром" и серия "Вампирские хроники" покорила мир, заставив сердца женской половины учащенно биться.

Постмодернизм совершил невероятное - образ вампира прошел полный цикл: от мучительно-бледного красавца, пьющего кровь прямо из точеной шейки обворожительной жертвы прямиком к сверх толерантному "вегетарианцу" топовых "Сумерек" и обратно к "Дракуле" в исполнении божественного Джонатана Риз Майерса!!! Держите меня семеро!

В остатке мы имеем вампиров-чернокожих, вампиров-вегетарианцев, вампиров-гомосексуалистов. Вроде бы ничьих прав не ущемили. Возможно, правда, нужно сделать вампиров более бедными и политкорректными, но вампиры-либералы, это даже для Голливуда чересчур!

Concept it!

Sometimes a concept too much, it even overshadows the art. Too much sense, too much "I think that ...". Art should evoke feelings should make suffer, love the whole world, to experience awe and admiration. Too many concepts.
Today on the list for "Concept it!" - "For the Love of God" (diamond skull) by Damien Hirst, performance "Relationship in time" (Marina Abramovic and Ulay) and top-painting "Mona Lisa" by Leonardo Da Vinci. At the top - my favorite photo "Fuсk off" (Paolo Ricciuti) - for the concept.

Иногда концепции слишком много, она даже затмевает искусство. Слишком много смысла, слишком много "думаю, что...". Искусство должно пробуждать чувства, должно заставлять страдать, любить весь мир, испытывать трепет и восхищение. Слишком много концепции. Сегодня в подборке для "Concept it!" Discover the Full Story – A Creative Campaing by Saatchi & Saatchi

To promote Schusev State Museum of Architecture in Moscow, Saatchi & Saatchi Russia created an incredibly beautiful campaign showing what’s below the famous Russian Landmarks: Saint Basil’s Cathedral, Lomonosov Moscow State University and Bolshoi Theatre. For realization of the idea these buildings allowed the "roots".

Yeah, I know that it was in the beggining of 2013 ( I even wrote the article about it), but who cares? It's awesome!

Для реализации идеи такие сооружения как Храм Василия Блаженного, Большой театр и здание МГУ пустили «корни». По задумке создателей фасады зданий - это вершина айсберга, под которым скрывается вековая история.
